1st day

Today was the FIRST day of my 21 day challenge. The food tastes so good, much better then I thought it would. I can tell that my energy level is getting better and my blood sugar is stabilizing.

I felt great today, until about an hour ago. I don't think my body likes me right now, but thats fine. In the end, my body will feel great.



Morning "Cocktail"

Breakfast- Eggs, tenderloin tips, and mashed red potatoes

Snack- Apples, Grapes, Monterey Jack Cheese, Nut Thins, Dried Cranberries, Almonds

Lunch - Salmon, Brocoli, and Quinoa 

Dinner- Cobb Salad

Hopefully tomorrow, my body won't hate me.. and I'll feel good enough to write more. For now..
